Sybiline

My vision of the world and all that inhabits it has always been imbued with fantasy and mysticism. My works have always reflected an understanding of all that is alive, whether people, animals, or the silent beauty of nature. When I paint, each brushstroke is guided by a spiritual intuition. My desire is always to capture the emotion beneath the subject, an aura that often translates into a surreal form. I generally incorporate elements in harmony with nature so that our roots remain ever-present.

In my work as a portraitist, for example, I hope to delve into the true depths of a person’s identity and reveal the invisible, what I call “their inner garden.” I give life with an imagination that tells their authentic story.

I want each work to be part of a larger whole, encouraging the viewer to share my vision. That’s why animals are also such a precious subject for me. With these magical creatures, we never truly know what they’re thinking, leaving plenty of room for interpretation. I like to depict them in my art as our equals, possessing an intellectual capacity far greater than we might imagine.
