We are a progressive online gallery and curatorial platform showcasing new contemporary, representational, and narrative art from artists worldwide, through digital exhibitions, pop-ups, and collaborations.

Artwork / Exhibition

Artwork / Exhibition Artwork: New original artwork, never exhibited in a gallery or shown on the internet. Any medium except digital, photography, or AI. The Artist confirms they created the artwork, hold the rights to it, and that all descriptions are accurate (no work copied from another artist or AI-generated work). Artist retains copyright while gallery gets promotional rights.

Image Submission Guidelines: Submit high-quality, professional JPG images without watermarks. Use clean white/neutral backgrounds with no distractions or shadows. Size images with the largest side between 1200-2300 pixels. Images not meeting these standards will be rejected. Professional presentation is essential for our collectors. Please name files – FirstName_LastName_Title.jpg

Framing & Presentation: Artwork must be professionally finished and ready to hang. This includes proper framing or 1.5″ gallery-wrapped canvas/panel with hanging hardware (wires or other hanging devices). Sculptural, interactive, or non-traditional works must include clear installation instructions and any required hardware.

NO Changes: Once you submit images of finished artwork, please do not alter the artwork or its framing. Changes can create discrepancies when we sell to collectors.

Terms & Conditions

Consignment & Sales Consignment: Artwork is on exclusive consignment during the exhibition and consignment period and may not be exhibited or sold elsewhere. The gallery will list your work on its website for 4 months total (1 month exhibition + 3 months post-show). After the consignment period, artwork remains listed unless you request removal via email. You must receive written confirmation of removal; otherwise, you remain obligated to fulfill any sales the gallery facilitates.

Extended Consignment: If you choose to leave your artwork listed after the 4 month consignment ends, you are responsible for fulfilling any sales the gallery facilitates during that time. This means you must have the artwork available and ready to ship to collectors.

Sales, Payments & Taxes: 70 Artist / 30 Gallery commission rate. Payment is made via PayPal (we do not do checks, wire transfers, etc.) upon the delivery of the shipped artwork. Payments are sent in US dollars and are not subject to any countries exchange rates. Artists are not employees and the gallery holds no tax responsibility.

Conditions

We reserve the right to reject work containing overtly sexual content or content that discriminates against or divisively references race, religion, or politics. The gallery may immediately terminate this agreement and remove artists from current or future exhibitions for unprofessional behavior, ethical violations, force majeure, business needs, or any circumstance deemed incompatible with gallery operations, with or without cause and no opportunity to cure.
